Shipping Options

We ship Australia-wide using trusted Couriers and Australia Post. Please note: Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

As most of our products are made to order to allow for customisation, please allow 4–6 weeks for manufacturing and dispatch.

Shipping is Price on Application (POA) – our website does not provide freight estimates at checkout. We’ll contact you directly with freight details after you place your order.

Depending on your order, items may be shipped either in a carton or on a pallet.

  • Flat pack stands, smaller benches, and accessories are typically sent via Australia Post or courier in cartons, post bags or wrapped bundles.

  • Tiered benches, larger flat benches and complete shade houses are generally palletised for freight.

Pallet freight options include:

  • Forklift unload at your address, if you have a forklift available.

  • Tailgate delivery, which requires someone to be home to accept delivery.

  • Collection from a nearby freight depot, if preferred.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the product dimensions and your location. You can contact us prior to or after ordering for a shipping estimate. If you purchase, we will contact you to confirm the shipping cost. 

For orders containing multiple items or larger products, we’ll calculate shipping manually. Please get in touch with us for an accurate freight quote.

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, typically between 2 to 15 business days once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow additional time during public holidays and Christmas periods.

Order Processing Time

Most of our products are custom-made. Please allow 4–6 weeks manufacturing time.

If an item is in stock, we aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days.
